It actually inspired me to finish this card I had started for my DH's birthday (which is on Wednesday) I had gone so far with it and couldn't get past that point...so when I saw this plate I felt inspired with chickens...which flowed to roosters. This gorgeous speciman came from a RAK from sistah Pat Smethers, I especially wanted this one as my DH's favourite Loony Tunes character is FogHorn LegHorn.....how could I go past this!?!? They don't come much hipper, groovier or cooler than this guy!
Firstly I ran some guttergard through the CB to get the chookwire look, then inked it with black ink, then I ran a croissant tray through the CB with a borrowed Arglye folder (thanks Melinda80) and then I ran a strip of this fabulous DP also from Pat Smethers!!! I 3Ded the Hippy Rooster after using Dimensional Magic on his comb and under the chin bits, plus his sunnies. Oh yes and the screw brad were originally from another friend bubblefrog, unfortunately for Hannah she only lives around the corner and often hears SOS Hannah have you got....you gotta love me LOL!!!
So as you can tell, this inspired creaton comes with a lot of love from a lotta people for one great guy....awww...Ladies this man goes looking for craft bargains for me each time he is out and usually always finds sme (yay)...he is a keeper!
Thanks for looking...I appreciate your comments and opinions....you bless me!

Oh Linda, I love anything 'fowl' and especially this Rooster Card!! This is fantastic! Wow, what imagination to come up with all those ideas for the backgrounds, it looks great. I do love that Rooster though, and the sentiment is PERFECT!! I love it. Great job. TFS
