I had my crimper out so I had to try this technique. It was a lot of fun. This card also has some quilled flowers on it. The base of the flowers was a 5 petal-flower punch. The second layer was made from 3, heart corner punches. The next layer was a 1" circle that was cut in a spiral and rolled up. The centers of my flowers are my hot glue drops that have been colored with chalk to make them blue. I hand cut the stems and leaves. I used decorative scissors to cut the grass. The lady bug was punched out of 1/2" and 3/4" circles with two thin strips of black cardstock quilled to make his antenae.
