I finally figured out how to roll a 52 week challenge, my journal and weight loss all into one! I'll digi print the 'cover page' for the week and insert it into a journal. I need to log my exercise & diet and deal with all the 'stuff' that goes along with changing my lifestyle. This should be a fun way to do it.
For this first page I included a quote provided by Cassie, a photo of me today and some thoughts about the year to come.

Love all the layering and "stamping" and that great lot of journalling! Also what a great idea to use this as your journal cover and then turn out with a 52 weeks at the end of it! You are too smart!!!
