Well, I sorta followed the challenge! I started out with photos that are difficult to scrap. Holiday and celebrations are not my usual topic - I prefer to scrap the everyday stuff. Still, it was fun to pull together the photos into this spread. It was quite a challenge! The photos on the left are from Thanksgiving at my sister's and the ones on the right are from the celebration later in the evening at my brother-in-law's. I think I managed to get photos of everyone there, and some of the food too. I'm not in any of the photos, though. ( I have to make a point to work on that!)
So, the layout started out with the intention of following the challenge a little better. But without the challenge, I probably wouldn't have tackled it, so I consider it mission accomplished. And it helped get me out of my scrap rut, too.

Wow--you really got some great pics. Sometimes people just want to look at the photos--scrapping this many in small groups would practially take up an album all by itself. I love the angled grid. Great dps, Denise!

OK, i have always wanted to scrap thanksgiving and have never pulled it off. you have inspired me to give it another try this year. into my faves it goes to remind me TFS
