This card was made for my daughter's bosses who are celebrating their 10 year anniversary of their business. They own a salon called Batik. She had asked for a card for this occassion. So it seemed approapriate to create a batik background and I used white mulberry paper rather than cardstock to create this look because I like the irregularity that the fibers give it. I adhered the finished batik paper to a piece of white cardstock and then attached it to the card. Using the font on their business cards as a guide I created a chipboard letter that I covered in black embossing powder and then I printed the remainder of their name onto some regal rose cardstock. The greeting on the inside says: 10 years of styling so sleek,
Creating looks so unique
And so utterly chic!
Congratulations!
What do you think?
