So, you take an unmounted SU stamp and don't remove the foam... just put it over the vinyl cling?

So, if you wanted to go unmounted with SU stamps.... and with sets that have not been mounted yet. What would be the best things to buy and way to do it? I'd love to have more storage space.. and...
