Question Tsukineko StazOn Refill Ink - best price for refill?

I've found a site that charges $3.50 for each StazOn refill. Looks to be $5.25 in shipping (not sure how many I can get for that...)

Does anyone know if I can get the refills cheaper than that or...

I just cut mine as best I could and then used some decorative yarn around the edge to cover it up... but I love the template that mndnco gave us! I will try using it for sure!
