I think they switched to foam because the foam inks up photopolymer stamps better. I just read that you get better results by smooshing the ink into the pad with a plastic spoon.

Stampin' Up hasn't said anything about the size. I'm sure they had to take out the Blendabilities at the last minute, so that would remove pages as well as samples throughout.

I don't think SU would be expanding into other countries if they were in financial trouble. It makes sense to me that they are standardizing their business practices across all of their markets.
