I just checked the status of my rebate and they finished processing it and I am getting the $13.50. That means I did ge all 48 in the end for $7.98, that is $0.17 each!!! :-D

I have also seen very nice sheer and satin ribbon at Dollar Tree. It was 5/8" and 9 yards also and cost, yes you guessed it, $1! Not tons of color choices, but still very nice.
