Hi, I'm wondering if in your shopping-travels, you've ever come across a stamp that is a pine tree branch with detail?
What I'm looking to do is stamp the edges of a card with the stamp...maybe kind of stamp off the card to make it the type of border where only part of the stamped image shows on the card, but I wanted the detail of the pine needles (hope that makes sense...).
It's probably easier to give you a visual! Take a look at this card, I'd like to make a border image that is stamped like these branches, but with pine or a Christmas-y looking branch instead...
I would say peaceful wishes, also. Here's a link to a card that has the concept I think you are describing. Piney Peaceful WIshes by Wasatch Wizard at Splitcoaststampers
I did something like this for my Christams card last year, with water color crayons. It was fun, quick and relatively easy to turn out quite a few. I didn't post mine because it was so similar to others already in the gallery.

Before I had Peaceful Wishes, I used the lone pine tree from Lovely as a Tree to create a border image. The closest thing I could find in the gallery is this one, by Kittie747
DeNami has a couple of pine stamps in their retired collection - the "Pine Pick" on the first line & if you scroll down a few lines they also have the "Pine Strand". http://www.denamidesign.com/outlet/retiredstamps1.html
I just ordered some stamps from Rubber Stamp Tapestry and if you look in the peg stamp sets under seasonal? or holidays? something like that, they have several wintry sets including pine boughs. Good luck!! (lots of great answers to your question here!)
