Magnetic Message Board

Create a magnetic board out of material from the Creative Stamping Kit-of-the-month kit.

Supplies

Step-by-Step

1. Step 1

   Mark a 1 1/2" border inside your 8 1/2" x 11" piece of patterned paper.

   

2. Cut out the marked inner rectangle of the paper.

   

3. Step 2

   Cut two smaller and one bigger oval out of colored cardstock. Cut one 3" x 2 1/2" rectangle out of light colored cardstock and one small oval out of patterned paper.
   
   Hint:
   You can use the templates provided in the kit or die cut templates to cut your ovals.

   

4. Step 3

   Distress the edges of your cardstock pieces with your ink pad.

   

5. Step 4

   Adhere your patterned paper frame to your white cardboard. Flip the smaller rectangle around and adhere it on the inside of your frame.

   

6. Step 5

   Adhere two magnet strips on the back of the white cardboard piece.

   

7. Step 6

   Adhere round magnets behind the two medium cardstock ovals.

   

8. Step 7

   Decorate your larger piece of oval and adhere it to the magnetic board.

   

9. Decorate your medium ovals. Your magnetic board is done.
