This is for our monthly Dirty Girl Challenge, this month based on a wonderful inspiration photo. It’s a lovely room with some beautifully soft colors. Our required element was that this was a journal, restricted element – no markers or watercolor crayons. So, I wanted to show that sometimes it’s just great to do straight stamping. This is my new favourite set from Inque Boutique
I wanted to create long lines like sections of the photo of the room, and I wanted it to be really soft and feminine, so I used the ribbon in soft threading through the paper. The journal also has a ribbon marker that keeps your place with a pretty jewelry bead and butterfly charm. .
The journal is for one of my high school students and she loved it!
Be sure to check out all the girlsÂ’ samples in the gallery by searching DCI408. Thanks so much for looking!
