What was meant to be a simple birthday card with some flower accents became more and more elaborate because it just didn't look right. So....multiple layers of flowers with pink, green, and pumpkin ice/fire circle brads; Polymark orange iridescent and medium pink shiny dimensional fabric paint to make the dots around the scallop bottom, the candle tips, and around the scallop punch. Bali Breeze DP is behind the scallop bottom, which was done by punching circles. Stylized Flowers Cuttlebug folder was used on the main panel which was then sponged with pumpkin pie ink. The scalloped sentiment is up on dimensionals. The envelope and inside bottom edge of the card are stamped with a flower image from "In the Spotlight".

wow, your flowers are totally amazing, but what's most amazing is how beautiful those colors go together. Now, that's what I call artistic vision: This is one fabulous card!
