Hi Everyone, can you believe it's me? If this is a dream I don't want to wake-up!
I was so excited when I received a PM from Julie. This is a dream I've had, but, didn't think I was anywhere near dirty enough. I answered right away, because I was so excited to get started. Well, I had trouble typing, kept hitting the wrong keys, everything looked like gibberish. I thought, "JulieÂ’s going to think I'm an idiot and take back her offer."
I'm a wife, mother and grandmother. I've been married to my wonderful hubby (who supports me, in more ways than one, in this crazy obsession). We have been married 31 wonderful years . I know that makes me sound old, but, I was a child bride. I have a 28 year old son Wes, a 26 year old son Mike, and a daughter, Ashton, who is 21. My eldest son, and his wife Kyla, have given us our identical twin grandsons Justin and Chase, who are now two.
I was introduced to stamping by my good friend Chris, who took me to her Demo Laurie, and signed me up for class. That was two years ago and Laurie has taught me so much. Thanks, Chris, and Laurie, I wouldn't be here without you guys.
At first, I just hoarded everything and bought more stuff month after month, always thinking that when I get my next order then I'd make a wonderful card. I did that for about a year. Then I started doing the challenges on Splitcoaststampers.
The challenges and all the encouragement that the wonderful stampers on Splitcoaststampers have given me helped me grow as a stamper. The time and effort the Challenge Hostesses devote to us on SplitCoaststampers is much appreciated, and always helps to inspire me and get my mojo going!
All the wonderful, talented stampers on Splitcoaststampers feel like family, and I just love spending time in the gallery. I want to encourage everyone to keep on stampin'. I see so much growth and improvement in each and every one of you, with every new card that you make. We all have come a long way!
I have made many new friends here, and feel very blessed to have found each and everyone of you. Thank you for your friendships.
Bless you all and I hope I can live up to the rest of the Dirty Girls, past and present. I am very honored and humbled to be here.
