So here's my story, I LOVE this set and really wanted to use these colors plus a matching off-brand chocolate ribbon with big teal polka dots in a row. However, I'd read some threads recently about cards using only SU stuff which got me wondering how I could "polka" my own ribbon... well, ended up doing it with copper brads because none of my others were just the right color. Turns out I really like the copper, although a bit of a pain to attach so it lays straight. Anyway, the vase is popped up and flowers and vase have touches of turquoise stickles (OK, I forgot that's not SU... maybe soon though?! one can hope!) Sorry you can't really tell it's chocolate paper as the base. There is also some of the same flower stamped in versa on the right edge of choc which you definitely can't see in the pic. Oh yes, one more thing, where the heck should the greeting go?? Anyway, thanks for looking and reading this book.

Gorgeous card!! IMHO I would leave the greeting off-it's perfect just like this. However, if you really wanted to say something on the front, I would use one of those tiny little phrases like, "For You" and place it at the top right hand corner of the whisper white cardstock.... It is truly beautiful just like it is. (Chapeter 2 of your novel).
