Right now the library that I use is under siege, and I am not sure how well it is going to come out in the end. It all started with a group who wanted some books reviewed for possible removal or restriction. Then it expanded, then the board chair got very directive, then the library director and four employees who supported him were fired, and now everything is in limbo but there is a long list of books that can't be found if you want to check them out. More employees have resigned...very sad thing.
Today I felt like doing a card expressing my view. I am open to other views - I feel like there are ways to work all this out in a way that would not involve removing books or making them impossible to check out without judgement.
Thanks for the inspiration, Stacy.

I agree with your sentiment 100%. What a fabulous way to represent the statement! You chose some great books to illustrate the point. This is a work of ART, Nancy....but then, you are an ARTIST!!
