I opted for this multi-striped paper with purples, blues, and greens - no pinks or reds here!
I cut the striped paper to fully cover an A2 sized card as the background. Then I die cut the heart from the purple dot paper, as a large backdrop for the focal image.
I stamped the mice in black ink and colored with alcohol markers, skipping any pink for the ears and bellies to stay true to the theme of the challenge. This was my first time using this stamp, and I am very pleased with how the coordinating die fully cuts out the curly tails, with no white space left inside the loops.
I stamped the sentiment inside the sign the mice are holding, using a matching blue color for the stripes in the paper. For a final touch, I paper pieced two bows in a similar green color and used as a hair bow on the left and a bow tie on the right.
