I love it when a card turns out exactly how I picture it in my head! Our challenge is to depict directions. Alas, I don't think my card will help Jean with her confusion, since the signpost shows that all roads lead to home! I stamped the map twice, paper piecing the land portions, clouds and whale. Used gold and white gel pens to highlight. Stamped the signpost on woodgrain DSP, handwrote the words and shaded with marker. Ran the panel through a textured EF. I don't make many non-A2 cards as I'm too lazy to make envelopes, but I didn't want to cut off any more of the map! My DH (not helpfully) pointed out that Canada is part of North America, but that's what's on the stamp!

Wherever headed, at least your cute water creature (whale? Sea lion?) seems content with his location! Great map card, and I probably would have never noticed the North America/Canada issue if your dh hadn’t brought it up. But it doesn’t really matter nor does it detract from your card, so let’s give him some grace lol.
