As I mentioned in a recent upload, I personally don't feel dies are needed for a lot of interactive cards, but the fact that for this one you need to trace or print the shutter elements and then accurately cut the curves means that I have only ever made three by hand - so I did recently spring for the dies on sale. Lucky coincidence, the aperture is the perfect size to pair with my camera die. Jen challenged us to see how many words we could fit on our card. I gave some thought to creating my own word background, but it would have taken a lot of time, and for $3 I reckoned I'd get several uses from my purchased background (canstockphoto). Coloured, fussy-cut and added my photographer cat to the front.

Your interactive camera die cuts coordinate so well with your cute photographer cat!

This card is amazing…I can only imagine how much time you put into making it but well worth it (and I’m glad you bought the dies for future ones). Super background, and that kitty is so adorable with her fancy camera bag and bird perched on her head. Love the interaction with the shutter. Another 10, Sabrina!!

Wow, super cute card! I cannot imagine cutting that aperture by hand, so I'm happy you got the die! Love your camera die as well. And that kitty is soooo cute! Great card!
