My first attempt, using a background stamp, did not fare so well. So I took several seashell stamps and place them on my Misti to make my own background stamp. Then I followed the tutorial the rest of the way. I die cut 2x2 squares of the vellum and attach them to adhesive sheets to hide the adhesive. Then I attached them to Island indigo cardstock slightly larger than the vellum. I attached those squares across the front of a piece of cardstock measuring 8 1/2 x 7, scored at 3 1/2. Stamp the sentiment and added some bling.
This also fits an alpha challenge of embossing.

This card just came up in my feed again and I still absolutely love it. It's inspired me to try the technique again because it's just such a beautiful look!
