This week we are sending Teapotter hugs and support to one of our own Shelly's (aka mcschmidty) family members, her SIL Diane. Diane is battling a reoccurrence of cancer and could use some paper hugs and encouragement. Since she loves gardening and nature, I naturally went floral.
I knew I wanted a wide frame where I could type a sentiment. I once teased Gem35 that instead of using Google, I could search her Gallery so I did and found this lovely card: MMTPT669 - Heart for Patti by Gem35 at Splitcoaststampers. I typed the saying using Papyrus font, printed and then die cut the frame.
Polly challenged us to use a wrinkle free distress bg and I made mine with CP inks in green because green is the color of hope and healing. Stamped the songbird peeking out from the frame.
I love these Altenew blooms because they have just the right amount of detail, but the stamp is too large for my design. So I already these scanned and downsized in my stash. Colored and fussy cut added foliage and glued everything down. Finished off with nuvo drops and stickles for the flower centers.
I hope our cards of love and cheer will brighten Diane's day and help her feel supported on this very very difficult journey. I hope your day is brightened with love and support too. TFL.

As soon as I saw those beautiful flowers I knew this was going to be your card, even before scrolling down. What a wonderful die-cut frame for your hopeful bird.
