I've had these outline face stamps FOREVER - so long in fact that they are stuck to the plastic they came on (they are acrylic stamps) I was able to pry this one off the backing without tearing it and stamped it on Soft Stone card with Limestone Ink.
I have an old Martha Stewart punch that punches a larger butterfly and two small ones and they were the perfect scale for my face stamp.
I used several backgrounds that I have in a box in my craft room - previously made - to punch out my butterflies - some just smooshed Distress Inks, some made with shaving cream and reinkers, some inked and stamped.
I adhered the butterflies with glue just on the centers so the wings could be raised like they are in flight.
I colored her eyes and lips with Copics and framed the panel with a panel of Stormy Sea.
