Lisa is our TPT challenge hostess this week: MMTPT717 - April 19, 2022 - Fun Craft Technique by Shoe Girl at Splitcoaststampers.
Our cards are going to a fellow card-maker so we are to use fun techniques. I chose to use the Sanded Pencil Background technique, a favourite of mine. In fact I then combined it with embossing with stencils to get another couple of backgrounds out of it, but this one is the first generation.
I used Floral Lace from Newton's Nook for my technique panel.
Base was sponged with peeled paint and stamped with a curly background stamp in gold.
Vine was embossed with Textile ef and buffed lightly with Inka Gold.
The butterflies came from my butterfly box, they're Inktense on watercolour paper, and I added Stickles all around the edges.

Wow Sabrina, this turned out amazing. I too have never heard of this technique. You can bet I will be trying it out tho. I wonder if Tricia has ever seen this technique. She is going to love this.
