SC901 = I took quite a few liberties with today's sketch. If you look closely, you can see the three octogons. I painted the "imaginary branch" then die cut out the three shapes. The size is varied and I added various layers to give them different projections from the bg. The sentiment bar was moved down as not to interfer with the painting.
WCW098 = value study of a color(s) How adding water easily changes the value of a hue.

The first thing I noticed about this was the octagon insets. It rather puts me in mind of the eclipse technique. I like the color combo and the valuations you achieved both on the teal and golds. The branch has a beautiful flow!
