I must start with a Happy New Year, SCS'ers! I know, I know tis the end of February...perhaps I should say Welcome Spring. Thank you to Shirley (wannabcre8tive) for tempting me with the snarky challenge on the Free for All! And to Amy (Kalla Walla) for fun click bait fashion . I figured my snarky woman would love to flip through the never ending fashion stroll that is Anniecloth. Tulips in Spring
I stamped and colored with Copics this humorous image, one of many that illustrator J Wright created and ended up as rubber for us with a sense of humor! I cut the sentiment part of the image, created a banner like detail and lined it up top with chartreuse pom-poms.
The wild fuchsia background just seemed to fit with her lips and that box of chocolates. It is embossed with CuttleBug 'Modern Wallpaper' ef. I love that her long hair is starched and drawn up into a bouquet of loose 'tulips', hence the scarf I picked as inspiration.
This was so fun to create...so good to have my hands stained with markers and glue. Thanks for the prompts, ladies. And thanks for stopping by! Can't wait to stroll the galleries...

Thank you for the chuckle - I love all the humor you've packed into this. I shall have a good laugh the next time I get a chocolate with nuts in it. Do you think I'll create a stir if I put in back in the box after taking a bite?
