I used the quilted card tutorial here: Quilted Card Tutorials at Splitcoaststampers and some much loved and hoarded Sizzix papers to give a garden feel. I stamped the sentiment on vellum and used a sheet of double-sided adhesive to attach it. I tried lace to edge the quilt panel but it was a bit fussy, so I opted for gold sticker lines, using more to frame the sentiment. Then I stamped the base with a lace stamp in green.

GORGEOUS, Sabrina! Your quilting papers are lovely choices and work so well together. Love your centerpiece quilting and how it is beautifully muted by the vellum with that marvelous sentiment!

Very pretty garden quilt, and I love the gold scalloped framing. Stamping the scripture on vellum and mounting is perfect; it allows the quilt pattern to show through. Brilliant! And lovely!

I am partial to quilts-esp garden ones. This is cool.
I like the gold borders. And the idea of the vellum you can see thru.
Pretty papers for a garden theme. And I like the lace BG.

Love all your dp designs and that encouraging verse is perfection. Thanks for providing the link and I appreciate your thoughts on buying a quilt die! This is a wonderful card for Joyce!
