Here's the inspiration for my card. MMTPT698 Snoopy and Mail by Carolinakathy at Splitcoaststampers.
I kept the card horizontal, instead of envelopes falling, I have water falling. I added a background to my card. I added images with colored ink that were fussy cut. I did not add a layer to my card.
I stamped and cut out all of the images. I added most of them with dimensionals. I stamped the sentiment then added the stickles as the water pouring down.
