I used the colors in last week's color challenge to make Valentines for my grandsons. To me, this week's sweet colors look like a softer, more feminine version of last week's colors so I decided to use them for the Granddaughters' Valentine cards. And, like my grandsons, I love my granddaughters the same; so they are getting the same card. Luckily they both love Unicorns. And, seriously, how can you pick a favorite from four fabulous little beings.
I love that mod heart die and the single bird image in front of it. I don't have a mod heart die, but I do have a mod heart stencil. So, die cut a panel with the AE die and then stenciled with the CP inks that were the closest match. Mounted on a white card base. Die cut heart and glued on the unicorn and sentiment. Used a wobble to attach the heart to the base for a bit of extra kid fun.
The hardest part of this card was figuring out which unicorn to use from that cute stamp set. Hope your project is going as smoothly for you today too. TFL.

Awesome. So sweet for your GDs. Beautiful use of the challenge colors. I love that background with the hearts and the ink blending. The cute unicorn over the big heart is terrific. Well done!
