Karen is our hostess in the Color Challenge this week, and I am delighted to be playing again, although I did have a lovely, warm and sunny vacation for a couple of weeks. Did you miss me? ;-) I sure missed you!
Our colors this week are Flirty Flamingo, Petal Pink and Soft Seafoam, with the dessert option of Scallops. I started with a piece of Bristol Smooth cardstock, on which I applied the three DOX colors using the three stencils in the set. I love this soft, sweet color combo; thank you, Karen! I went for double dessert, with scallops on the main panel and on the smaller greeting panel. I die-cut the greeting three times and stacked for dimension, and applied all to a base card of the neutral, Mossy Meadow. I added a few jewels that matched the Flirty Flamingo color pretty well, and my card was done.
I'm looking forward to seeing some beautiful cards in the gallery this week. I hope yours is one of them! Please join us!

Your stenciled flowers and leaves make a great background, so soft and pretty. Lovely die cut greeting and the scattered sequins finish this perfectly! Welcome back from your sunny vacation : )

I love your stenciling and use of colors on this card. These soft colors look even softer with your inking. It's happy; it's Spring; it's perfect for any sentiment. I'm pinning this beauty so I can CASE it. I can all kinds of uses for this I think I have that stencil and now I am eager to pull it out and give it a try. Thanks for sharing your lovely card and for inspiring me.
