We've been without electricity for 10 days now. I don't know why, but I always think I need a chunk of time to play with watercolors so this seemed the perfect time to finally try this watercolor Wednesday challenge from last November - and the wood stove is the perfect way to speed up the drying time!
I followed the steps in the video (thank goodness for generators!) and had great fun. I did two color combinations. This is my second. To finish it, I die cut the rectangle and added it to the card base. Stamped and heat embossed the sentiment, and decided to add it flat to the card. I added a few clear sequins for subtle shine. This was such fun to make.

Beautiful water colouring. Makes for a stunning card. Love the colour combo.
Ten days without power! Oh my goodness, I can't fathom it! I remember having a card making night with my sister several years ago - power went off as we sat down to create so we created cards by candlelight. But the power was only off overnight, not for days! Hope it has been restored.
