This is for Rex, Gracie's father in law. Instead of a barn, I used my new Peaceful Cabin set. He's already made memories, but I liked the sentiment because it gave me an M: S-stamp, dp scrap, scene; M-make and memory; I-ink, image; L-leaves; E-embossed paper and white embossing powder.
My intention was to create a sepia look but there must have been something red in my water glass that mixed with the early espresso. Oh well, still cool. I stamped the cabin in the Stazon, then stamped some script and leaves in the early espresso and soft suede. There are a couple white embossed leaves too. Finally, I used a little bleach to bleach out some of the cabin landscape, maybe snow, maybe just some contrast. I guess there wouldn't be leaves on the trees in the winter, unless we get snow before the leaves all let go. That has happened more often than not, like Halloween of 2019. The leaves drop fast and furious when that happens.
This is also for today's marvelous sketch. Really liking the sketches lately for their wide open spaces.

Awesome image and I love how your showed it off by surrounding it with those gorgeous leaves. I LOVE the bg panel you created here too. This would have looked good in Sepia, but I think this reddish brown is fabulous and different. I bet Rex will think so too. Great card.

Jean this is so cool, I love the sepia pink and embossed leaves. You always come up with some cool ideas. I see you used bleach on the cabin and ground around the cabin.
