Shirl has a beautiful gallery from which to choose many cards for inspiration. I chose this one for its design, colors, and subject matter(flowers). Shirl did her hydrangea with die cuts and I did the same. Only difference is that I used watercolor paper and the watercolored them.....changing the flowers to geraniums.

Sallie, this is a great case of Shirl's card. You never fail to amaze me with your watering skill. You are such an artist. I love, love, love how your colored the flowers. They pop perfectly against the black and white.

I have always loved cards with bold B&W stripes and script. The combination on these two cards (yours and Shirl's) are really beautiful and create a wonderful bg for the main image. And your main image of watercolored geraniums is spectacular -- especially the coloring and shading on those leaves. Simply awesome. Fabulous card.
