Julie gave us a wonderful site for inspiration. Fell in love with this piliow, https://cdn.notonthehighstreet.com/f...as-cushion.jpg Most of my gnome images are digis. Like to watercolor them on good watercolor paper like arches, but my printer will not print that thick of paper. That's when I tried doing it like the way you do paper piecing with a printer. Hope this makes my deets clearer. Here is a link to the digital paper piecing tuitorial. Digital Paper Piecing Tutorials at Splitcoaststampers
Printed the digi on arches paper. I did it like you do paper piecing and it worked on the thick water color paper. You print the image on copy paper.Tape a piece of the watercolor paper over the printed image, tape it down and run it through the printer again. Proceeded to have fun and watercolored him with aqua pencils. Added some splatters. TFL

Wow, Linda, I have tried everything to get my watercolor paper to go through my printer. This method is genius!!! I can't wait to try it. This cute image is so beautifully colored with your watercolor pencils. Darling card.

Absolutely beautiful. I love the wintry colours and scene - gorgeous!
I am wary of the paper piecing technique having lost bits into the old printer causing it to mess up. My laser printer won't set the toner but I am able to feed mixed media through my other printer now.
