A big congrats to my friend, Robin, the newest Featured Stamper! Robin has a fabulous, colorful gallery & I chose THIS card to case. I kept the lattice looking bg & floral theme, but used different images & dies, and stenciled the bg & added a lattice die cut on top. I also used the purple/orange color combo because I know itâs one of Robinâs favorite combos.
On my card, I colored & die cut the flowers & vines from 2 different (but similar) floral sets. On the bg, I used a leaf stencil & some purple & blue inks for the sponging. A die cut white lattice was popped up just a hint on top of the bg w/ the vine intertwined & some flowers popped up on top. I added back one of the diamond shaped cut outs into the lattice w/ the short greeting stamped on top.
Thanks so much for looking. It's on my blog w/ Copic colors & links: The Write Stuff

I am always drawn to this type of elaborate piecework, it has been years since I put that much effort - so I am hoping this will inspire me whenever I see it in my FAVORITES!
