One of my fave color combos is to use pink and brown together, although I don't do it often. Once again, I am using up some UFO's (unfinished objects) from my stash. The stamped bird in the circle die cut was originally slated to be an artist trading coin, but I resurrected it to be the dial point of this card, adding only nuvo drops to the image as I assembled it. I found some card strips that I thought would make a faux nest and added some variegated pink and purple trim to enhance the nest look. A little shimmer from Wink of Stella was added to a couple of the strips. The dsp was dry embossed with a leafy branch effect and edged with distress in. Cappuchino nuvo drops were added and some candy pearl drop stickers were added to mask some inky errors.

Your original bird coin is such a pretty combination of colors. Love your added bits and scraps to make a nest, clever touch! Just the perfect embossing folder and that pretty ink-distressed background for a bird scene! Your bits and scraps turned out a LOVELY card!
