Angie's challenge this week is abstract watercoloring.
It is a fun technique, and wish my paint did more dancing. I did add the gold ink and splatters along with the sentiment. It's fun to watch what you get with the water and added paints. Come and join us and have some fun.

I really like the added gold! This is a gorgeous abstract. I really like your colors. I felt the same way about the dancing water! I used my best paper and still didn't quite achieve the dance but it was fun. Your art is stunning!

I like the addition of the burnt umber for some rocky protrusions into the lake and the gold horizon line is a really nice touch. It set off the darker blue above it and really helps establish a feel of distance in your painting.
