My card to honor Rita, aka Stamping Servant, this week's featured stamper chosen by Julie. Great choice! I loved this: IC815, Flowers for Gianna by Stamping Servant at Splitcoaststampers. I am always intrigued by how Rita does her backgrounds by stamping and in this case stencilling too. I just sponged around the oval on the dp. instead. Other changes: different stamp & die mounted on an oval die, changed colors and added twine. Used the same HB die doubled up. Just glued the bottom part down on the floral spray and used dimensionals to pop up the other blooms. Diecut bottom 2 flowers and popped up with dimensionals. Used white gel pen on the flowers. Adhered twine bow with a glue dot. Camera shows flowers more purple than irl. So fun to see you as chosen stamper Rita. I hope you have a fun week in the spotlight! Lots to case in your beautiful gallery.
Note: There was too much white showing on the diecut, so I trimmed a lot of it, (I am not a fan of fussy cutting,) and then I think I taught myself a new trick to color around all the edges to camouflage it even more. I see I missed a few spots so will go back in with my copics, lol.
