I took the double dare to make a bridge card for today's sketch challenge. SCS has an excellent tutorial on how to do it in the tutorial section.
First, I stamped my "dp" to decorate the panels with. I inked up my feathers with Island Indigo and then stamped them onto my script background stamp that was inked with Night of Navy, then stamped it onto the card stock this is the kissing technique and is the Alphabet challenge for the letter K this week. After the feathers, I added a bird image that was inked up with Pink Pirouette and stamped onto the Deco Wall stamp inked with Night of Navy, then onto the card stock.
For the bridge, I was going to just use the Island Indigo feather - can you see the word happiness on that one? I decided it was a little too short so I built a bridge using the three feathers along with some card stock strips behind to provide a little more stability.
This was a fun card to make, thanks for the challenge and thanks for looking!
