hi there,
It's my turn to host the TLC this week and we are using the Eclipse Technique. TLC849 ~ Eclipse Technique ~ {05/31/2021} by k dunbrook at Splitcoaststampers
It's a great way to add interest to your card without covering up the background.
To create my card, I stamped the flower in my Misti and clear heat embossed it as I wanted to watercolour my flower. I used my DOX inks to watercolour the flower then splattered with my Posca pen. I cut the Celebrate from the panel and glued it back into place.
thanks for looking and I hope you play along with us!
