The BG on the panel was made by swiping Dylusions paints with a grunge look stamped on top and finally the silver metallic border.
I had the strips of gel prints in my stash and found 3 to complement my paper doll's dress and plonked them on the panel.
The paper doll was fussy cut after stamping and before I started to make her dress. I had made my paper cloth the night before using gauze and TH tissue paper and also grey wrapping paper. Each panel of the dress was die cut using a scalloped die and also the pink CS which I pieced together. Next time I would simply fold the paper cloth into a skirt.
The underskirt has 2 layers which unfortunately can't be seen...a sheer white organza fabric and also a purple fabric that was originally recycled out of a box of goodies I received. I still have some left and it comes in handy for making dresses LOL.
The belt was made using a paper flower and silver WoS coloured on the bodice. Coloured the doll's hair and made a headpiece using a piece of the paper cloth but I then covered it up unintentionally by adding too many liquid pearls. Liquid pearls added on the bodice. Finally added stickles which you can't see but at night boy does it shine LOL.
I finally decided to tear a strip of the grey wrapping paper, plonked that on the panel and sat my doll on top. I thought it gave another layer to the dress and that was a happy mistake in the end as originally I'd done it to ground my doll LOL.
I'm sure some of us can relate to the sentiment and it made me smile.
TFL. Happy day

The sentiment is hilarious. fitting for these crazy times. Another great dress. I agree with Jan, She does look like a Flamenco dancer. I love the hair trim and the flower at the waist as well.

Wow - so much eye candy on this! I love it! I also love the saying. If I had a dress like that and looked as good as she does in it, I would wear it again too! LOL! I have been known to say exactly what she said a few times. VERY fun and very well done. Hugz
