This is my 1st sample for CC843. Karen is our hostess and she chose rich razzleberry, pear pizzazz and highland heather for the color trio. Dessert option this week is May flowers.
I started this card by stenciling an oval with an oval stencil from MFT. I used a blending brush and wilted violet distress ink. I stamped the image and sentiment in rich razzleberry ink.
Punched a few butterflies with a Martha Stewart punch and scattered a few rich razzleberry enamel dots.
Hope you can play along with us this week. Karen has chosen some great colors for your May flowers.

What a lovely and restful sympathy card, Mary! I especially like the sentiment, bringing friendship into the wish for peace. Your Distress ink blending is perfection!

A lovely and serene sympathy card, Mary. The tiny dimensional butterflies are a pretty addition to the silhouetted flora. I like the "and friendship" added to the usual sympathy sentiment with a tiny heart.

I always love to see that reverse masking with a nice silhouette. This is one of my go to looks. What a great expression of that concept using our colors.
