This week, Kia has found a video that shares five different ways to do walls. You can find it here. https://l.facebook.com/l.php?u=https...com%2Fwatch%3F
I only did one wall, but plan on doing all five for reference on how to do them. Started a watercoloring challenge journal. This is my first entry. After watching the video, sketched the image and watercolored. Added the flower box. This is not the best paper, but it will be more of a practice of all the challenges. Very easy to create this wall. Hope you can join us this week.

This is a scene right out of Tuscany! So lovely...I especially like the color of those shutters. Great idea to keep a wc journal....might have to do that ;)

As usual I'm poking around with my card....takes me a while to get my head around it. This is stunning. I was telling a watercolor friend what I had to paint this week and she said that there is a favorite gallery in Door County (Edgewood in case you know it) that has a lovely brick wall and flowers in front and that's what she painted long ago. Flowers in front of brick is so lovely, the contrast between rough and soft is perfect. You're so talented!
