It reminded me of an embossing folder I just received from a friend (I got a ton of stuff from her, she was clearing out). The die of the model is from her also. So I dry embossed the dress forms on white CS and sponged yellow overy the raised parts. I then inked up the BG stamp and laid the embossed panel on it. Just rubbed my fingers in the white BG parts to pick up the diamonds here and there. (I didn't even try to line up the diamonds but they hit the one dress form perfectly.) Stamped bits of the scrolls and swirls randomly. Die cut three layers of the gal and colored one with Copics. I cut a tag for her to separate her from the busy BG. Then I sponged around the edge of it with yellow. I added a border around it and painted the mesh of the dress forms with gold metallic or iridescent watercolors. Also smeared some Mica powders on the tag. Added some gold cord to the tag and attached it with two mini glue dots so it could be removed and used as a book mark. Oh yes, the dress on the model is paper pieced.
