I remember meeting and stamping with Mary Ellen at a couple of Shoebox Swaps I attended in Austin, Texas somewhere around 2006 or 2007. I am thrilled to see her chosen as this week's Featured Stamper. (You might have made a card featuring SU's Fishy Friends at one of them, if I remember correctly, Mary Ellen.)
It allowed me to see again her wonderful designs and find a link to her blog! I am thrilled to see that she is still so active with her stamping!
I was inspired by her beautiful Wish You Happiness card seen here. I have a lily stencil by Crafter's Companion which had never been out of the package. I paired it with a new Rubbernecker sentiment I purchased recently.
I changed the slimline design to a mini slimline, the rose to lilies, and did not use any embellishments.
Congratulations, Mary Ellen, on being this week's SCS Featured Stamper!

Lynn, this is a great case of Mary Ellen's card. I love single layer card with those beautiful stenciled flowers and foliage. The sentiment is very inspiring. Gorgeous.

This is stunning, Lynn. Your stenciling is amazing and I, too, love the colors you used here. Paired with that wonderful sentiment, you have created one gorgeous card.
