This is my sample for CC834. Chris is our hostess and she chose cinnamon cider, soft seafoam and mossy meadow for her color trio. Dessert option this week is any shade of pink. Well, I tripled up on the dessert.
I used the new to me Exotic Tulips set from Altenew. I stamped the tulips in pretty in pink, melon mambo and magenta madness. The stems are stamped in soft seafoam and then mossy meadow (stamped off once).
I kept the dessert option rolling by using magenta madness for my card base. The next layer is soft seafoam. Designer paper is from the Stampin'-Up "tranquil textures" collection.
My Easter greeting is stamped in cinnamon cider. I had it directly on the background and then it smeared. So I stamped again in a circle to cover my ink smear.
Finished off my card by scattering a few enamel dots. Hope you can play along this week. These are awesome colors for flowers.

Mmmm, I've been eyeing the Exotic Tulips set online. I may have to buy that one. You made it look beautiful, Mary. It's perfect for the color challenge.

Just GORGEOUS, Mary! I luv those Altenew tulips (on my shopping list) and you used the most gorgeous shades of pink to stamp them. For me, the best of spring is tulips, crocus and daffodils! I luv this card! A fav for sure!

Gorgeous Easter card, Mary. Love, love the two-step tulips. The two greens look wonderful on the stem & leaves. The pinks layer up beautifully, too. Thanks for the inspiration!
