Another grandson turning 14! Yikes! And, what kind of card do you make for a young teen boy. Well, this week's Featured Stamper Kim (Sociologystreet) had the perfect answer for me. This great card here: Binocular Vision by Sociologystreet at Splitcoaststampers
I love the repeating pattern for the bg with the stamp highlighted in the circle frame.
So, I pretty much went with Kim's design except I decided to offset the circle frame so more blue would show. My grandson runs track and is in a school running club. I didn't have a running shoe stamp, so found free clipart on Google. Recolored the black clipart to green and repeated the pattern turning it this way and that. Added the birthday sentiment in Hometown font.
Congratulations Kim on being Featured Stamper this week. You have a delightful Gallery and I thoroughly enjoyed browsing through it with a cup of tea. My only problem -- I didn't have the dark chocolate tea nwilliams6 has, so I had to settle for Peppermint. Now I'm off to buy some dark chocolate tea because I honestly cannot even begin to imagine how that will taste. Hopefully as delightful as Kim's Gallery. Hope you have a delightful day as well. TFL.

Yay! This is awesome, love how you create special cards for your loved ones capturing something special to them. Really like how you did the circles perfect with the blue to the stamped background!
