I went with the double stencil resist to use my stencil today...I had fun with that technique in the past and you end up with 2 backgrounds. I thought this VL raccoon looked so surprised so I came up with the saying...will send this to a male relative. Our birthdays are close to each other but he's still a year older than I am. HA!

The saying is absolutely perfect with the image, Polly. I'm impressed you got such good results with the technique - I still have some of my failures in my backgrounds box. The little flower with the fun striped centre is perfect with your natty raccoon.

Oh my goodness, Polly, this had me laughing! I love the raccoon's expression coupled with your sentiment... I also like the double stencil resist bg you made (I'm going to have to look that up), plus that scalloped polka dot frame - it is beautiful!

Oh Polly, that sentiment is just perfect with your cute litter critter. I just love his expression and his very fashionable clothes. All the patterns and details are so fun to look at. I especially like the black and white border and flower center.
