I had so much fun making the Christmas card using the camo technique, I decided to make a birthday card using warm colors.
I stamped the balloon repeatedly in Daffodil Delight, Calypso Coral, and Real Red creating the background. I stamped the pennants on the horizontal strip, stamped and die cut the balloon, and popped it up with dimensionals. A little baker's twine tied on for the balloon string and it was done.

Love your bold camouflage bg, Catherine! The bold balloon as well. I was thinking this would in the MMTPT Bingo Challenge as well. You have inspired me to give the camo tech a go. The striped twine string and the Washi banner are excellent touches along with the scale of each element!
