Sabrina wants us to put a bug on our card. Last night I was practicing some watercoloring with a flat brush. It is not a brush that gets used a lot. Always think of one stroke painting when using one. Never tried that technique with watercolors. I did the butterfly with it, and it turned out better than I expected. You are not double loading the brush as you do with acylics and the one stroke method. Started by watercoloring the loose roses and made a springtime scene. Blended inkpad colors around the card with blending brushes. TFL

I wish I could watch you while you paint these little masterpieces, Linda, and maybe pick up a technique or two from you. This is a perfect springtime scene - and that one-stroke butterfly is my favorite!
