For Ann's Alpha Q for quadruple challenge. Saw this design from Alison Solven and wanted to use this luscious paper. Just changed sentiment, die, and added a ribbon bow. Versamark stamping first on red base at top right corner and all down the left side. Had this diecut stamped label in my stash. I think it is powder pink and morning mist ink. I pulled apart the braided linen trim a bit and made a bow, adhering with a glue dot. Measurements: 1 of 2"x51/2"; cut 2 of 2x2",and 2 of 1"x2", shaded spruce panel is 31/4"x41/4"~thanks for looking~

Wow, this is so pretty, Shirl! Love all those papers, your Versamark stamping on the panel and that adorable little bow! Your sentiment die cut looks great on that panel!

Shirl, that patterned paper you're using is GORGEOUS, wow!!, and when I first saw this card before I came in to take a closer look (it looks even more vibrant and beautiful closer up!), it looked very quilt-like and I am a big fan of quilts even though I don't think that I've ever made a quilt card, but it's on my list for sure.
I really like how you have combined these patterned papers, especially using that green plaid strip on top of the red, then the 4 stunning blocks of the red plaid and the strawberry paper on the top layer. I don't feel that I'm particularly good at combining patterned papers, so I admire it in others as I do in you and your work. Such a bright and encouraging thank you card, and I believe that I have that SU tiny set of sentiments too.
I sent you a PM apologizing and explaining what happened to the upload last night, again, I'm so sorry and I probably should have done it in a different way. Basically, I wasn't feeling well, and somehow I realized that I had already uploaded that hand-stitched card and I still feel pretty foolish, but I hope that you get my PM...
This card just jumped out at me when I started looking at your gallery and I'm going to keep taking a look, and I'm really enjoying looking at your artwork. Thanks again for leaving those wonderful comments on some of my hand-stitched cards, I can't begin to explain how much they mean to me.
